Her career has developed across insurance, financial services and fintech, progressing from accounting roles to Chief Accountant, Group Reporting Manager and, currently, Chief Auditor. At HOVAK, she oversees budgeting, financial reporting and financial controls, while ensuring that project and grant-related financial documentation is accurate, complete and prepared in line with relevant requirements. Her professional experience includes financial statement preparation and review, budget planning and variance analysis, reconciliation of financial data across systems, accounting operations, payment processes, regulatory reporting and audit. She has worked extensively with financial institutions and fintech businesses, giving her a strong understanding of financial controls, documentation and compliance requirements. At HOVAK, her role is to bring the same level of financial discipline, transparency and accountability to the organization’s projects and grant activities — building clear processes and ensuring that financial information is reliable, well documented and ready for review.
