She oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance-ready documentation for the organization’s projects and grant applications. Her day job is Chief Auditor for banking systems at SoftConstruct, and her fifteen-plus years in finance run through chief accountant and group reporting roles in insurance and fintech companies — including years of preparing statements for the Central Bank of Armenia, the strictest reader a financial document can have. Balance sheets, audit trails, internal controls, fraud prevention: this is her native language. At HOVAK she applies institutional-grade financial discipline to a small organization — so that when grant auditors arrive, the books are already the way they expect to find them.
