She brings more than ten years in professional broadcasting — currently a producer at the Public TV Company of Armenia, where she manages full production cycles of news, cultural, and educational programs, coordinating editorial teams, reporters, directors, and technical crews to daily on-air deadlines. That is precisely the discipline she applies at HOVAK: multi-team coordination, unforgiving schedules, and zero tolerance for sloppy documents. A graduate in TV journalism, with producer training at Channel One’s school, Lusine holds the organization to a broadcast-room standard — if a report leaves HOVAK, it has already survived her edit.
